In August 2005, Alexs Chua founded A.C. MacGyver Pte Ltd, a boutique real estate agency in Orchard Road with over 30 real estate agents whose primary focus is on landed properties.

The company was featured in the November 2010 issue of the S.M.E. Magazine. That same year, A.C. MacGyver was also nominated for the “Spirit of Enterprise” award. In 2011, Alexs Chua was also a winner of the prestigious “2011 Successful Entrepreneur Award (Platinum Category)” (to insert photo). In the same year, Alexs sat as a committee member on The Council for Estate Agents (C.E.A.) for the formation & implementation of the Professional Service Manual (P.S.M.), which binds the code of practice & conduct for Singapore’s 30,000+ real estate agents until this day (to insert Letter of Commendation).

Alexs Chua has also been featured on FM938 Live, sharing with listeners on the topic “How to Protect Yourself from the Rogue Housing Agents” & “10 Common Mistakes Homes Buyers & Sellers Make.”

His insights on the landed property market have also been featured on The Business Times, The Straits Times, The EDGE magazine, Lianhe ZaoBao, The Property Report (South-East Asia) & other media.
